Welcome to Power Cast Support

This page provides help, setup instructions, and tutorials for using Power Cast.

Getting Started

1. Download Power Cast from our official download center.
2. Double-click and follow the steps on the setup file
3. Double-click PowerCast.exe to launch the program.
4. Click “Start Server” to begin hosting your content.
5. Ensure port 80 is open on your firewall or router.

Tutorials

• How to Set Up a Basic Web Page
  Create an HTML file called index.html in the /wwwroot/ folder. It will be served automatically.

• How to Edit Pages
  Use the built-in RichTextBox to load and edit HTML. Click "Save" to update the file.

• How to View Your Site
  Open a browser and go to http://localhost or use your LAN IP on another device (e.g., http://192.168.1.4).

• Tracking Requests
  Power Cast shows the total processed requests on the main window.
•  

• Changing the port
  Power Cast has an SAP setting on the main window that lets you input numbers, this is to change the port. What this does is changes http://localhost to http://localhost:8080.
